Description of Promotion

PointsBet Diamond Club Members can earn Bet Credits and other PointsBet Diamond Experiences with PointsBet’s Red Carpet Referral Program. See below for more detail.


Promotional Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00am ET on November 23, 2022, and ends at 11:59pm ET on May 23, 2023 (“Promotional Period”). PointsBet reserves the right to discontinue the Promotion at any time.


Eligibility

To participate in this Promotion, you must meet the following criteria: (i) must be 21+; (ii) must have (or establish) a new (i.e., you do not already have a PointsBet account in any state) active and verified CO/IA/IL/IN/KS/LA/MD/MI/NJ/NY/OH/PA/VA/WV PointsBet account (“Account”); (iii) must be physically present in one of the foregoing states (excluding the following parishes in Louisiana: Caldwell, Catahoula, Franklin, Jackson, LaSalle, Sabine, Union, West Carroll, and Winn); and (iv) must meet the participation requirements defined in Section 5. Individuals on any involuntary state gambling exclusion list, state gambling self-exclusion list, and/or self-exclusion list for any PointsBet subsidiary are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

Action Required

This Promotion is only available to PointsBet Diamond Club Members who receive correspondence directly from PointsBet inviting participation in the Red Carpet Refer a Friend Program.


Eligible Games/Events/Markets

Qualifying Wagers (defined in Section 6) can be placed on any sporting event or market offered during the Referred Party’s first thirty (30) days with PointsBet.

Claiming Promotional Offer

The “Referring Party” is the existing PointsBet Diamond Club Member that shares their custom referral link with a new player.  The “Referred Party” is the player who establishes a new PointsBet Account using the Referring Party’s referral link.  The Referring Party and the Referred Party can each receive $2,000 in Bet Credits (“Referral Bonus”) if: (i) the Referred Party establishes a new PointsBet Account using the Referring Party’s referral link; and (ii) the Referred Party reaches or exceeds $30,000+ in turnover based on cash wagers placed during their first thirty (30) days with PointsBet (“Qualifying Wagers”).


Qualifying Wagers: (i) must be placed with cash (wagers placed with Bet Credits do not qualify); (ii) can be a Fixed Odds and/or PointsBetting wager; (iii) can be pre-match or live (in-play); (iv) can be same game parlays or traditional parlays (no minimum leg requirements); (v) must have minimum odds of -250 or longer (e.g., -200, +100, +150 etc); (vi) can be placed on any sports betting market offered by PointsBet during the Referred Party’s first thirty (30) days with PointsBet; and (vii) cannot constitute Excluded Wagers as defined in Section 7. If a Qualifying Wager is cashed out, canceled, or becomes void, that wager will no longer count towards the turnover requirement.

If the Referred Party reaches $100,000+ in turnover during his/her first thirty (30) days, the Referring Party and the Referred Party will each receive a PointsBet Diamond Club Experience (e.g., premium event tickets).

Additional Requirements:

The Referring Party must be a PointsBet Diamond Club Member at time the Referred Party reaches or exceeds the turnover requirement to be eligible for the Referral Bonus and/or Diamond Club Experience.

If a Referred Party already has an existing PointsBet Account in any state, that player is not considered a new user and does not count as a referral.

PointsBet Diamond Club Members can earn a maximum of one (1) Referral Bonus per month.

PointsBet reserves the right to refuse Referral Bonuses and/or Diamond Club Experiences at its discretion if: (i) PointsBet deems that either the Referred or Referring Party has violated any of PointsBet’s terms and conditions; (ii) if either the Referred or Referring Party has been issued a promotional warning or promotional ban.


Bet Credit Restrictions:

Bet Credit stake is not included in any winnings (e.g., if you place a $20 Bet Credit that wins $15, you will only receive the $15 in winnings instead of $35 (the original Bet Credit stake plus winnings)).

- Bet Credits will be processed within approximately 48 hours of the Referred Party reaching or exceeding the turnover requirements specified herein.

- Bet Credits expire 30 days from issuance.

- Bet Credits cannot be redeemed for or withdrawn as cash at any time.

- Bet Credits can only be redeemed online or in-app with a valid PointsBet Sportsbook Account.

- Bet Credits cannot be used on PointsBetting wagers.

- Bet Credits do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers.

- Bet Credits can be split equally up to four times (e.g., a $100 Bet Credit can be split into four $25 Bet Credits).

- Bet Credits may be returned at PointsBet’s discretion if the market becomes void.

- Bet Credits are non-refundable and may not be exchanged, substituted, or transferred.

- Bets placed using Bet Credits cannot be cashed out using the Cash Out feature.


Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Excluded Wagers” include: (i) bets placed with Bet Credits, (ii) cashed out bets, (iii) voided bets, (iv) canceled bets; and (v) bets placed on both sides of the qualifying game/event.

Registration Procedures

  • To participate in this or any Promotion, you must have a valid PointsBet Sportsbook Account.  If you do not yet have a PointsBet Sportsbook Account, you can create one at https://pointsbet.com/signup. By creating an Account, you must agree to PointsBet’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to PointsBet’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, you cannot create an Account or participate in this or any other Promotion.

Limitations on Participation

PointsBet reserves the right at its sole discretion to: (i) change or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notification; (ii) void bets at any time; and (iii) exclude any individual(s) from participating in the Promotion if there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the Promotion. Promotions are not available to any employees in the wagering industry. Promotions are nontransferable.

Order of Funds Used for Wagering

The default when placing a bet is with cash. To place a bet using a Bet Credit, select “Bet Credit” in the bet slip. For this Promotion, only cash wagers count as Qualifying Wagers.

Restrictions on Withdrawal

Bet Credits are nontransferable and cannot be substituted except in PointsBet’s sole discretion. Bet Credits or other promotional credits may not be withdrawn or redeemed for cash at any time, but any winnings from bets placed with Bet Credits can be withdrawn once the winnings have been added to your Account cash balance. Unless otherwise specified by PointsBet, any unused Bet Credits will be automatically removed from your Account fourteen (14) days after the Bet Credit was awarded.

Cancellation

To cancel your participation in this or any promotion, please contact customer support at service@pointsbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon request for cancellation, PointsBet shall inform you of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from your interactive gaming account. If you elect to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in your interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Additional Information

If there is a discrepancy between the name associated with your Account and the name associated with your deposit method (e.g. credit card holder), you may be ineligible to participate in this (or any other) Promotion, and the Promotion may be withdrawn or invalidated.
